I'm ** y*o and spent last two hours trying to find answer: How to wrap and mail back the items I want to return AND request the replacement product. Please don't refer me to "returns & refunds" I've been there, unsuccessful in getting response or completing the form. I tried at least * times. Today is last day for my returns. I cannot drive so no longer possible to get to post office. No response received to my first request for this information @ one week ago.
