You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I have been dealing with an Amazon Prime being automatically charge to me. I thought I had it resolved on ******, but you still are charging me. I have cancelled my card, contacted you via online and tried via phone. I have contacted fraud Chase and it never gets fully resolved. *PLEASE let me know how to resolve this. I do not even have cable tv. I use an antenna! Amazon prime charges me $**.** monthly. I thought it was resolved a few times and I just got charge again in my new card. I am cancelling my card permanently when this is resolved. No one has the right to do this. If there is a membership floating around out there, PLEASE BE SURE TO CANCEL IT! And remove any unused and unwanted charges to my accounts.
