You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-rarahorv's own words
On my credit card ending in **** which I use when buying online with Amazon has on my last statement two(*) charges for Amazon Prime. First one has this info, Amazon Prime*M**YP*HMOAmzn.com*billWA. $**.**. The second one has this info, Prime Video*MY**L*L*****-***-****WA $**.**. I have not signed up for Prime and do not know what these charges are for. I would appreciate some help in this matter since I cannot get help over your phone line. Roslyn Horvath
Stop charging me for Prime.
Calling two help numbers just to hear they are not answering calls now and they hang up!
