ALL I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT IS WHY DID AMAZON PUT $***.** CHarge on one*of my cards (not my prime card*that would be fine) on ****...also **** charged $**.***for ???- unable to talk to anyone at amazon, they simply say go on line, try that and up*comes a page saying sorry we do not have. ... I HAVE A PRIME CARD. YOU CHARGED MY FIDELITY CREDIT $***.** WITH OUT LETTING ME KNOW. THIS IS FOR ONE YEAR I GUESS FOR T.V. before i PRINTED MY EMAIL, YOU SAID ISN'T VALID. SORRY BUT IT IS MY EMAIL.**.
no one will help me, just an email form get human. *ready to cut up my prime card and will never order anything from amazon.
If they are so busy - keep telling me my phone (cell) is wrong-my last order with amazon*was for a set for ink FOR MY EPSON PRINTER...EASY ENOUGH TO CHECK.
I have been a customer since we could join prime for one year (i think under *******************I joined prime when it was fir offered (for movies)
