I was trying to buy a mouse pad and keyboard but it canceled the keyboard because the mouse pad double charged leading to the card not have it enough money on it. Also because I got charged **.** from audible which was un authorized. ... I ordered a mouse pad with my pre paid master card and I was charged ** dollar on may **rd and another ** dollars on may **th I was double charged. I would like to be refunded the second charge. I had also been charged ** dollars for audible which I had never signed up for. I would also like to be refunded the ** dollars.
They can make it right by refunding the second charge of the mouse pad and refunding the un authorized audible charge.
Whenever i buy something I always go to amazon but that might change after this experience.
I tried calling and there service number is not available right now.
