Not sure of where this comment should be sent. Perhaps technical support might be abel to review the issue. At any rate, on quite a few occasions when sending an e-mail and some occasions on receiving an e-mail the sent from or two address is noted as follows: Amazon ******@***.com*.**Although I have an Amazon account, I m at a loss to know how this address is captured when I send or receive some of my e-mails. Ito review the issue. On quite a few occasions when sending an e-mail and other occasions receiving an e-mail the sent from or to address is noted as follows: Amazon ******@***.com*. **Although I have an Amazon account, I m at a loss to know how this address erroneously appears when I send or receive some of my e-mails. I would like this corrected so that it does not imply coming from Amazon.

GetHuman-wothomas did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-wothomas fixed the problem
Apparently some one had (not me) been able to change the preference page of my e-maiil account. They had noted the name Amazon to be the sender in the preference page. It was a simple matter of changing the sender name to my name in the preferences page. I too have chaged the Amazon account to a new password as well as a new passwowrd opn the e-mail provider. Thanks for the response.
