On March **, **** I ordered two (*) reusable coffee filter, Order ****-*******-******* and this order was undelivered. But a charge was made to my American Express Card. At this moment, American Express has never received a refund and my bill reflects your charge of $**.**. I need that the refund is done as soon as possible.

GetHuman-m_morc did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
