Prime VIdeo: We cancelled our order for CBS All Access on Prime Video the evening of March **, **** -- the last day to cancel our trial use package. However, the next day, I looked at our Prime account and we were charged for CBS Access for the following ** days. Can you please reverse the monthly fee for CBS Access that was posted on or around March **, ****? Call me at ***.***.**** with any questions. Thank you! Carolyn
