I had ordered a Chillafish Bunzee * in * gradual tricycle. Soon after receiving the product, I had to travel urgently, so I did not open the package. After returning, I opened the package and was horrified and disappointed to see the product. I t not at all what I expected. My one and a half year ole grand daughter of normal weight toppled down several times. It is so flimsy that she is not able to balance. When I browsed return policy, I found that the time had elapsed, so I could not get a refund. For no fault of mine, because I had to undertake an emergency travel, I could not ask for refund within the stipulated time. So I request for a refund or a replacement of a different product.
