In my recent purchases I used a $*.** promotional credit and a $**.** gift certificate toward those purchases.**I returned both items in my last purchase ending in -****.**I am looking to get the $*.** promotional credit and a $**.** gift certificate credited back to my account so that I may use them toward another purchase.**Furthermore, I have spent over ** min's on the telephone tonight speaking with non-native-english-speaking representatives and one Supervisor who did nothing but give me rubber-stamped "corporate" answers telling me, repeatedly, how "sorry" they were for my "inconvenience" . . . apologizing, apologizing, apologizing, apologizing, apologizing, apologizing, apologizing ad infinitum . . . and wasting my time. They were incomprehendible.**I need compensation for my time wasted on the telephone this evening as well.**Thank you.
