Someone other than myself or anyone I know has entered a new credit card and two new addresses to my account. I have emailed all the information to amazon and I received and email saying it was all done properly. Who ever did this charged and iPad to that credit card and now it is in dispute and my account is locked. I deleted the card and the addresses that are not mine and changed my password. Every time I get communication from amazon they request I sign in to my account and it is locked so I am in circle of events that I can not manage. I would really like to talk to a human so we can sort through this issue. Please and Thank you. I love using amazon and this is just not making my life easier.
