This is the second time I have tried to get this matter settled- In November I ordered earbuds for my son- when the package came it contained protein drink and no earbuds. I contacted amazon and they sent out another pakage with the earbuds and that was fine- no additional charge. but when I contacted them about the error the girl on phone told me to tell my son to not send it back and keep it. He then trew out the packaging infor - fast forward this week I get a notice from amazon that my account has been charged for another set of earbuds- because i did not return the package containing protein drink Please settle this matter
