It is extremely frustrating for I have been repeatedly writing on this Get human of Amazon,but have not had an answer as to where my two phones and Sephora cards are at!And I was without my daughters Christmas gift for I was sure that I was receiving my merchandise I ordered for it was eligible for free shipping because of the time and day I placed said order u were offering free shipping on that date with **%off any * items!
