I just subscribed to amazon prime about a month ago. I have been logged in. I logged out and car get back in. I used my daughters phone once to watch something. I did what the email said and tried to sign in on her phone. This is what I was told to do. I have changed my password and can’t get past the credit card verification. I don’t have a card with with the last * numbers that you guys are asking the exoneration dates for. If this is not resolved I will have to cancel. I can’t even get ahold of you by phone because of this issue.
