Ordered Acer predator monitor, payment didn't process therefore got locked out of account. Got the email to have bank fax billing info and "ok" to process, so i did that. Also have called customer service to unlock account and have been waiting for over a week. Need account unlocked and would still like the deal i originally ordered over a week ago. Account is for Anthony Wilson, *****@***.com
