Hi, On Sept **th I ordered a **ft Ipad cord Order * ***-*******-*******. The cord broke * days ago, a day after the return window. I have bought cords from you in the past without any problems. I see this order mentions replacement possible. Can I please get a replacement cord. I can't imagine you support a product that would fail in a month. This cord was simply being used to sit on a couch to extend a far away outlet. Never left the room and handled very gently.
