I bought a fire * kids edition and it has stopped charging. I have tried multiple power cords, wall adapters, and outlets. I used compressed air to blow out the charging port, and brushed it with a soft bristle toothbrush. The device was purchased on ********** and I do have the original receipt and a copy of it as well to send in. I would like to know how I could send it in the be repaired. Thank you.
