Hello!*Today I placed an order (* ***-*******-*******) and then I cancelled because the order wasn’t going to get on the time I wanted it. I sent a cancel claim and received my full refund for my order. But when I checked my bank statement in my order visa, it says that the order is processed. I never received an e-mail saying that I made another order with that VISA credit card. I hope you can help me solve this problem and cancel the other payment.
