I was trying to get Amazon to fix the problem with their expiry date that they entered that is different from my visa card ... Amazon has told me there was an issue with my Visa and said to go to the Bank. The Bank has confirmed that there is nothing wrong with my Visa.The Bank is saying that maybe Amazon may have entered the wrong expiry date. I would like to know, if that is the problem why I could not get my orders. I am deaf, so I cannot use a phone to talk to Amazon. Please email me. Wilma Bond
It is frustrating when email to robots that don't understand what is being emailed. It gives me a headache trying to order things or fix things and it keeps coming up with what is your password. GRRR!!!
