Amazon arranged for my damaged item on **th Oct, Hemes sent a lady to pick it up, she said it was to heavy and rearranged a collection for **th Oct. No one arrived, I contacted Hermes who said they had not got a collection booked and suggested I take it to one of their parcel shop's. They then told me to contact amazon to arrange another collection.. Could you pleas arrange one for Mon **nd Oct.
