I have a roku one player and it has lost (after years) it's ability to sync with my Amazon Prime "watch list." In an attempt to fix the issues, I have removed the Amazon Prime channel from roku, then added it back, and then signed into my Amazon account. Roku told me that my Amazon Prime account was "activated" but, when I try to see the content of my Watch List, I still get a message saying that my Amazon Prime watch list is empty.
GetHuman-kmmk did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
