I contacted them via a call-back set up by GetHuman, as I could find no phone * on their web site. The issue was a robocall, supposedly from Amazon, about a $** purchase today. I buy a lot on Amazon, and this has never happened before. Rather than call the * that the robocall said, I wanted to speak to Amazon directly. Of course the rep verified that no such purchase occurred, and referred the phone call to their fraud department.
