My account was cancelled for violation of terms however I don't know what I violated. OFM keeps saying I violated terms and I have no idea. ... I received an email from Amazon OFM and was told my account was cancelled. I am trying to figure out why- I was only told I violated a policy however no one will say which one.**I asked for a number to call to talk to someone however was told that no one could talk to me live. I have been using Amazon for a long time. I should at least get a more detailed explanation of why someone would cancel the account.
