Billing issues, I never gave my permission or consent to become an Amazon Prime member. I called to cancel this when I noticed it being billed to my bank account * months ago. I was told it’s been canceled then. I received a statement today showing that $**.** has continued to be taken out. I should at least be re imbursed for the past * months if not * as the representative I talked to then told me that the payment taken in June should be placed back into my bank account.
GetHuman1029726 did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
