I had forgotten my password and I tried to get new one* when I tried to sign in with temporary sign-in code, message was "code wrong, go back to e-mail, new code, try that"..same thing happened, I had about ** temporary sign-in codes---all gave the same message, "incorrect code." Also.in some cases my old e-mail shows up.. it is NOT jandjcatlin@ aol....correct e-mail now is *****@***.com. Because of all of this I have not been able to place any orders for several weeks.
GetHuman-jcatlin did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
