You have recently emailed me to say you have received an item back and issued me a refund. The problem is I got a message on ** July saying you would also repay me for the carriage if I sent in the receipt. I have just tried to do this but wasn't sure of the email address and it has come back as the address does not accept incoming mail. The amount of money I am owed is £**.** - how should I go about getting it?
GetHuman-fmarshal did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
