I received my order damaged, and when I called customer service, the woman wanted to argue with me and told me that she would not replace the food item without my returning it first, which is impossible, because I am on a research ship at sea. When I told her that I wanted to speak to someone else, she just ignored my request and started repeating her reason all over again. I also told her that I am going to cancel my prime membership and she hung-up on me.*When I called back, the phone rang and rang, then was disconnected!!!*IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL PRIME MEMBERS???*Order * ***-*******-*************@***.com
