I had ordered a Lenova K* note on the *st of June and made online payment through HDFC net banking. the amount of Rs * was debited fron my account.*I had cancelled the order and on receipt of an email that they have initiated payment and the refund would reflect in my account , I placed another order for the same item. Today on receipt of my bank statement from HDFC i am surprised to see that the refund has not reflected,.**Would you please be kind enough to see if the same is done and if so give me the date of refund so that I can verifiy thesame with my bankers and if not still made kindly get the refund credited to my account and oblige.
