I orderd a bundle buggy on May ** and received a dog cage. After contacting Amazon I was advised to return the cage, which I did. A couple of days later I got the shopping cart (bundle buggy). Now i am being informed by email that I didn’t return the shopping cart and will be charged for that item. The shopping cart is the item i wanted and the cage was returned. I have already paid for the cart and should not be charged again.
GetHuman-wybell did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
