Hi! I was to receive a delivery last night but for some reason the courier was not able to enter the premises. I never have issues with Amazon deliveries, but for some reason this one was a problem. My door code is in my account. Can you please let me know if*when this will be redelivered? The note on my account says I need to take action, but doesn't indicate what action i need to take. Thanks!
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
