My issue is you keep trying to charge my credit card when you told me that it was taken out of your system. Also you've already done a refund for this incident once before, and it continues well now it's a problem for me because now it's just kind of ****ing me off. This is Tommie Sue Woodby please return my call at ***-***-**** you are illegally trying to charge my card which is costing me money every time you do so. Also I've made you all aware of this once before and it continues to be a problem I need a phone call back today please and thank you. ***-**** stop charging my card.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
