You have the wrong email address assigned to my account. I've tried to log in on a new device and it prompts a code to be sent to my email which I can't access.**The email you have on record is C*****@***.com when it should be *****@***.com **I'm not sure why the email is incorrect as when I signed up I gave the correct one.
GetHuman-lucy_goo did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
