Just realized that I'm still being charged the $**.***a month for amazon prime membership alough I tried to cancel it @ two years ago.It says on your website that I'm entitled to a full refund if I haven't used the service which I haven't.That's @ $***.** that I've been charged over the past couple years or possibly longer.I'd like the maximum dollar amount refunded asap and also I'd like the amazon prime membership associated with the phone number (***) ***-**** to be cancelled imediately.Please call Robert W Elliott at (***) ***-****.
