I have looked at my bank accounts and see that you are taking *.** **th Nov, **Dec,**Jan, **thFeb **March ,**th April. this is for Amazon Prime which I do not have so cannot cancel.*This was done to me by you on two other occasions you took ** pounds which you did refund. I am most annoyed that this keeps happening and feel this time I want a refund and some compensation for the hours of trying to contact you.
