i'm trying to find my Enrollment ID... is it the same # as my AppliCation ID?

No, your Enrollment ID and Application ID are not the same. The Application ID is typically generated when you first apply for a service, while the Enrollment ID is usually assigned after your application has been accepted and you officially enroll in the service. If you can't find your Enrollment ID, we recommend checking any communications you received from SafeLink Wireless after your application was approved, as it should be included in those.

How do I cancel my SafeLink account?

How do I report a stolen SD card?

We're afraid your SD card theft is a private concern and unrelated to your SafeLink Wireless services. SafeLink does not provide support for stolen SD cards. Change forgotten account pin so I can access my account and why am I not getting any emails from SafeLink to authenticate my account
