Call SafeLink Directly

The best way to change your phone number is to reach out to SafeLink directly via phone. Let them know your issue and tell them you want to change the phone number. Call only during office hours, and that's every day at 8 am to 12 am.

Sign In to Your Account

You can log in to your account in two ways: via your personal information or enrollment number. Provide the last four digits of your Social Security Number, your date of birth and zip code if you prefer to use your personal information when logging in. Don't forget to click the "I'm not a robot" box.

If you log in with your enrollment number, all you need to do is enter your date of birth and enrollment number. You also need to click on the "I'm not a robot" box before clicking Continue.

Once you're on your profile, edit your email address or billing details to update your account information. Don't forget to save the changes.
