Visit SafeLink's official website and click My Service to get to the login page.
Tap on the number sign to log in using your enrollment number and date of birth. You can also sign in using your date of birth plus Social Security Number and your ZIP code. Type in the required information and click Continue. Enter your password to get to your Account Dashboard.
Do you want to check your remaining data, texts, or minutes for the month? If you're signed in to the SafeLink Wireless app, go to your Profile to view details about your current plan. You should be able to see your remaining texts, data, and minutes, along with your service end date.
You can also check your balance by texting BALANCE to 611611. Also, please note that while you won't receive a traditional monthly bill for your free Lifeline benefits, you'll be responsible for any optional services or add-ons you purchase.
