we placed an order for mask on ****** our account was charged $**.** on *******. The tracking states it was delivered on *******. the only thing we received was a very small bubble envelope stating the rest of our order would come separately no other info. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER. However when we go to the tracking it says it was delivered because WE RECEIVED THE SMALL ENVELOPE WITH A NOTE. We called WALMART on **** and waited * HOURS to talk to a person she said she would contact the company and get back to us in ** hours WHAT A JOKE * days nobody has called back. On **** we sent a "CHAT" at Walmart again told we would get back to us in ** hours. GUESS WHAT NOPE nobody has got back to us. On **** we responded at WALMART.COM for a refund still no response. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM THAT WALMART IS PART OF. WE WANT OUR $**.** refunded IMMEDIATELY. I realize the WALTONS are hurting but not like most of the rest of society. Next step is ATTORNEY GENERAL since obviously you are avoiding us. Also we are not going to deal with some third party SCAM COMPANY, WE ORDERED FROM WALMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
