WalMart Customer Service Issues

I am having issues ordering using my OTC benefits card. When I try to place an order for approved name brand items, the website states that these items are not available for substitution. Despite having money on my OTC card, at checkout it asks for additional payment information. I have two OTC cards, one for myself and one for my boyfriend, but when I try to make a purchase at Walmart, it splits the payment between the two cards and still requests additional payment. On top of these problems, I am struggling to use a promo code I received, as the website keeps saying it is not recognized or invalid. I would really appreciate assistance from a knowledgeable person who can help me place my order correctly. Thank you.

I purchased an iPhone on 11/29/23 and was promised a $[redacted] gift card to be sent via email. Despite numerous emails, I received no response until Walmart got involved. When they finally replied, they claimed they couldn't read my documents and asked for them in jpg format. Today, upon reviewing my emails, I discovered the documents were actually sent. I am still missing my gift card. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you, Carol B.

Еще с 14 декабря служба доставки не видит мой заказ, не дает ответов, исключительно задает вопросы. Пыталась использовать номер заказа как трек-номер, но безрезультатно. Как мне получить товары или вернуть средства? Можно ли отправить оставшиеся товары в Казахстан? Благодарю за помощь.

I am currently working at Walmart in Michigan and I am also serving in the army reserves. The personnel administrator consistently makes it difficult for me to get the time off that I need for my reserve duties, and claims I should not be paid for those days. Additionally, I requested a change in my availability but she has not addressed it, stating she is too busy. My supervisor has not been supportive either. As I am 30 weeks pregnant, I have asked to be reassigned to a less strenuous department until my maternity leave. However, my supervisor promised to discuss this with the store manager two weeks ago and has not followed up since.

I have reached out to Walmart.com numerous times, contacted the Dyersburg store several times, and emailed the delivery area in Dyersburg several times since January 22nd. However, the issue still persists as my home address, which is just 6 miles from the store, is no longer eligible for online order deliveries due to a 12-mile limit. I had no problems receiving deliveries until January 9th. It's frustrating that such a seemingly simple issue cannot be resolved. Best, Wes
