You can track Walmart orders in two ways: by email address or by order number. Simply enter your email address or order number and tap View Order Status to see the status of your order.

We also recommend you consider waiting for 48 hours or two business days before contacting Walmart regarding a missing parcel. Explain your issue and request a refund. You can also request a refund for any damaged items or incomplete orders.
For orders received, you can only get a refund if you return the item to Walmart. To return the item, you can drop it off at a FedEx location, mail it, schedule a pickup, or return it directly to the store. You have up to 90 days to return most items purchased on Walmart.
