Placed an order for pickup Wednesday or Thursday of last week. The site did not say I gad to go inside the store to h*get the order! After attempting to pickup the order the next day, after driving around the parking lot, and calling in to the store ( at that pointy I was told i had to come in). The next dayI took my Son with ID, after updating the information on the site for the pickup person. my son was told with me n the phone, he was added to pickup the order! This is by FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After using this service for more than * years! *I also called to get a refund, after waiting for more tan ** minutes on hold,just to be told this was the wrong department. I would like a refund and for the site to be updated where pickup id not offered.
