On March **, ****, I placed an order with Walmart.com: ********-********Received a package two days later, containing the following:** Lennox X**** and * Lennox X**** Filter*There were to be a total of four separate shipments. The remaining * shipments arrived and were fine!**Since I paid for * (a two pack) of the Lennox X****, filters I thought the missing Lennox X**** was to arrive at a latter date. It never arrived. Sent seller two emails (March ** and Apr **) explaining such and seller never responded.**I have been patient with the seller because of the current virus issue, but I suspect their place of business might be having problems about now. **I would still like to have the single missing Lennox X****, shipped if possible, or if not possible**Refund me the cost of one missing filter with the understanding that I cannot return what I did not receive.
