I ordered an item on walmart.com.*Order* *************. Walmart.com gave me a pickup date of Thursday, **-**-**.*I spoke with Nathalia at walmart.com on **-**-** & she assured me my order would be delivered on Thursday, Nov **, **** after ** noon. I never received an email confirmation so I called the store. After * calls & being on hold for **-** minutes per call, they tell me the order was cancelled. Who cancelled it??? The charge has been on my credit card since I placed the order on Monday, November **, ****. According to the phone recording at walmart.com, it said the order was not confirmed until the charge was made. The charge is on my credit so I am expecting my order. I don't understand why walmart.com can't just ship the order to my house.
