I picked up Order ************** today and your staff did a poor job packing my order. first of all, they loaded my trunk with * bags that were completely ripped, hello can't you double bag those items not just ignore them and shove them in my trunk and ignore it??!! yet there were items you did double bag which were prfectly packaged and ready to carry into my home. hello, why some and not others!!??? then you put all my bags into my trunk first, and laid * large pacakge fo bottled water and * cases of diet coke atop the groceries. hello, really??!! put the heavy liquid*drinks ATOP the groceries!!! then you submitted one item which was ok but the other item you said you did not have it, which i really needed so my daughter parked and went into the store to find a substitute, i had ordered organic cilantro. and wow, there was cilantro on your shelves, all varieties and options. but yet your staff was too lazy or what??? to find a substitute. guess I need to go back to ordering and delivering from Amazon. i had swithced to walmart from amazon bcz of convenience but if you can't package my purchases correctly and stack it in my trunk without destroying the rest of my groceries and stop lying about what you have available inside your store, i guess my option is clear what i need to do. you can view my account and see i have been ordering from walmart pickup for months now and was quite happy until today. hopefully this email will land with someone who cares to correct so I can continue patronizing Walmart or will you too, treat it the same as your employees did my order today!!!
