I am trying to call Safelink to find out about my phone not working, services rep voice mail indicates I don't minutes.*Called the **** ***-**** and go through the process when I select my option a message indicate that the selection was not accept due to the fact that I need to use a touch tone phone, I am using both cell and touch tone phone. I need to my issue resolved.I would like to speak to a rep. *** *******
