Our promo ran out a few months again and representatives kept telling us to call back month after month to see if our account had a promo available. Each time it never did, I let it go a few months but paying $**** For directv is ridiculous because we do not watch it that often. We work ** hour shifts and are hardly home. My husband loves college football so we do watch those channels as well. I would like a promo applied because we have paid $*** enough this year already
