Still leaving a balance due back to me of ***.**. We have been directed to your fraud dept. Working with you people to solve this problem has been a nightmare. This acct. had another number (*********) because of the merger of at&t and direct at the time. If you could refund us the ***,**, we would be happy campers. Your salesman that started this mess was Josh Saenz, you can thank him for this mess. If we can help you with more information, please call Dorothy Mccallum at **********. We would love to get this problem behind us.
