I just want to let you know that someone that answers the phones at Directv changed my programming to a $*** a month package when I have Select package at $** a month without my knowledge and someone gave me an HD Extra pack for three free month with out my knowledge. I learned about this through mails sent to me from Directv. I am outraged that they can do this. I've been a customer for nine years and never had this problem. An agent cancelled all of this for me. You need to do something about this.
