Got call telling me group of channels was free for * months. I repeatedly told her I didn't want it and how would I stop it. She obviously didn't understand what I don't want it means (another idiot). Her response was to call *-***-***-**** which I did. This person tried many many times to sell me some insurance for * years. I repeatedly told her I didn't want it and to address the issue I called about. I believe she said I had called security. When I asked for the number to call for my issue, all of a sudden she didn't know it. They're nothing but **** fools. I still want to tell whoever I have to tell that I don't want the free channels and it's not my responsibility to call them at the end of * months. I didn't call them originally--they called me.
GetHuman-darbylyn did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
