After failure to activate the replacement receiver that was received on Oct **, I spoke with a rep last night at length about the issues with the replacement receiver. I was told that a new receiver would be sent by FedEx overnight. Also I was told that I would receive a confirmation email and tracking number. I have NOT received either.
